- Overcharge protection and full-charge indication help make charging simple. The charger displays a charging state while working and a full-charge state when the battery reaches completion.
BMS wake-up compatibility note
- Some lithium chargers include a 0V BMS wake-up function, but Epoch does not currently publish that feature for this charger. If your battery is in BMS protection or shows 0V, check your battery manual or contact Epoch support before attempting recovery charging.
Reverse polarity and short-circuit defense

Can I use this 24V charger on a standard lead-acid or AGM battery?
No. This charger is designed for 24V lithium iron phosphate batteries, not lead-acid or AGM batteries. Lead-acid batteries use different charging behavior and float requirements. Use this Epoch 24V charger only with compatible 24V LiFePO4 battery packs unless Epoch support confirms otherwise.
How long will it take to charge my 24V battery with this 15A charger?
Estimate charge time by dividing the battery's amp-hour capacity by 15A, then add time for the final top-off stage. A 24V 50Ah battery takes about 3.5 hours from empty, while a 24V 100Ah battery takes about 6.5 to 7 hours. Larger batteries take longer.
Why do I need a special charger for a lithium battery?
A 24V LiFePO4 battery needs the correct lithium voltage profile to reach full capacity safely. The Epoch 24V 15A charger is designed around a 29.2V lithium charge target, helping compatible batteries charge efficiently and allowing the battery's internal BMS to complete the top-of-charge process.
Does this charger automatically stop charging when the battery is full?
Yes. This is a smart lithium charger with overcharge protection and a full-charge indicator. The product label shows a red charging state and a green full-charge state, so you can charge with much more confidence than using a generic charger.
My lithium battery is completely dead and my current charger will not recognize it. Will this charger wake the BMS?
Epoch does not currently publish a dedicated 0V BMS wake-up specification for this charger. If your battery has entered BMS protection or reads 0V, check the battery manual or contact Epoch technical support before attempting recovery charging.
What type of connector does this charger come with?
The charger uses a ring-terminal output connector. Ring terminals are designed for secure battery terminal connection rather than temporary clamp-style charging.
Is the Epoch 24V 15A charger waterproof?
Yes. The charger is IP67 rated, meaning it is dustproof and waterproof for demanding RV, marine, and outdoor charging environments. Always keep AC connections protected and follow safe charging practices.
Can I leave the charger connected overnight?

Warranty Period
2-year limited warranty from the original purchase date
Epoch Batteries-branded products are covered against qualifying defects in materials and workmanship for the applicable warranty period, subject to Epoch's model-specific remedy schedule and the terms of its warranty policy. Epoch-branded chargers carry a 2-year limited warranty and accessories (such as fuel gauges and voltage reducers) a 1-year limited warranty, from the original purchase date.
Registration
Register your battery with Epoch within 90 days of purchase for full warranty coverage. If it is not registered within that time, the warranty period begins from the battery's original manufacturing date. Proof of ownership is required for any claim, and coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Remedy
After inspection and testing, Epoch will provide the applicable remedy for a qualifying manufacturing defect: an approved repair, a replacement, or a comparable-product offer according to the model's schedule. Typical repair turnaround is 3–10 business days once the product is received.
Exclusions
Coverage may be denied when a failure is caused by misuse, improper handling, installation or storage, or use outside the product's specifications. Examples include an unsecured battery; loose, corroded or improperly connected terminals; series or parallel connections beyond the manufacturer's recommendations; reverse polarity or short circuits; impact, fire or water submersion; storage above 140°F or below -40°F; prolonged storage fully discharged or batteries left uncharged for more than three months; poor crimps, undersized cables or damaged wiring; opened, modified or tampered products; and use in applications the battery was not designed for, including repeated engine starting on non-cranking models.
Obtaining Warranty Service
Start a claim through the Epoch Batteries Warranty Portal with your model and serial number, proof of purchase, a description of the issue and supporting photos or videos. If approved, Epoch provides an RMA number and packing instructions. Do not ship a product without a valid RMA. Shipping is typically through freight carriers and the actual shipping time is contingent on your location and the specific warehouse dispatching your order. Please allow for a 1-3 business day processing period before shipment, and an estimated delivery time of up to 7 business days. Your confirmation email will include delivery details and we will send you a tracking number as soon as one is available. If you ordered several separate items, you may receive multiple tracking numbers. Once the item has been shipped, the freight service will contact you to coordinate the date and time of delivery. If you require any special accommodations during delivery please let us know as soon as possible and let the delivery company know when arranging the appointment.
Typically, orders will be dropped off either curbside or outside your front door or garage. It is your responsibility to bring the order inside or to its final destination and to remove any existing items.
Depending on the item, parts may be shipped in multiple boxes, and assembly may be required. When your order is delivered, please check that you have all pieces of the item and that nothing is damaged. If your order is damaged during transit and external damage is visible, note the damage immediately, write it on the delivery documents, take photos and/or videos, and refuse shipment. If there is no visible external damage, accept the package but note “subject to concealed damage” on the delivery documents.
