Eco Emperor is an authorized retailer of high-qualify solar products; we are not the brand. The specific terms and conditions of each brand's warranty policy are determined by the respective brand. Each product will have their warranty details listed on the product page. A general summary of warranties are as followed:

Some countries, states, and provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty may last, so the limitation described above may not apply to you. You may have other rights from state to state, province, or country.

DO NOT USE YOUR PRODUCTS UNTIL YOU HAVE READ THE TERMS OF THE WARRANTY.

All EcoFlow products purchased on ecoflow.com come with a limited warranty, as shown below. BY USING ECOFLOW PRODUCTS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE ECOFLOW LIMITED WARRANTY.

We provide a limited warranty for purchases on ecoflow.com. The warranty period started when the original purchaser received the products.

Warranty Extension
You can extend the warranty for products purchased between January 1, 2022, and August 31, 2022, by registering on the official website on or before October 15, 2022.

Warranty cannot be extended for products purchased before January 1, 2022.

Customers who have purchased products on or after September 1, 2022 will enjoy the warranty period (with warranty extension) listed in the table above. Customers are advised to complete registration as early as possible.

Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not apply to:

  • Non-quality related issues;
  • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers;
  • Purchases without valid proof of purchase;
  • Items that have been refunded;
  • Items that have expired their warranty period;
  • Any defects or damages caused by misuse of products, unauthorized modification, dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals;
  • Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, liquids or other external causes;
  • Any defects or damages caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts;
  • Lost or stolen products;
  • Free products.

Cross-Regional After-Sales Service
EcoFlow does not provide a global product warranty, and the warranty service can only be obtained at a designated EcoFlow repair center.

To repair the product in an EcoFlow repair center when the product was purchased in another region, depending on part availability, customers can obtain a cross-regional repair service at an additional charge. (Some products do not support cross-regional repair even if the customer is willing to pay for the service. For more details, please contact EcoFlow Support).

A cross-regional replacement service is not available for different versions of the same product.

The customer will need to bear customs duties, taxes, customs clearance, and other costs incurred for a cross-regional repair, regardless of whether it is the warranty or paid repair service.

Valid Proof of Purchase
In order to submit a warranty claim valid proof of purchase must be shown. This includes:

  • A purchase order number made through ecoflow.com;
  • Sales invoice or order confirmation email that clearly shows the description of the product, its price, and sales channel.

Return Material Authorization (RMA) Process
Contact EcoFlow Customer Service Team at support@ecoflow.com or +1 (800)-368-8604 (this number supports English service only. International charges apply if calling from outside of the US).

If your item is eligible for an EcoFlow Warranty, you will receive a prepaid shipping label. Please follow the instructions provided by EcoFlow Support to properly pack the products and return them safely.

Please note that we can only provide return shipping labels for return packages in United States. For returns in other countries and areas, please contact EcoFlow Support at support@ecoflow.com for more details.

Replacement
In case of replacement, delivery of the replacement item will be arranged within 15 business days (subject to changes caused by force majeure) after confirming that the defective item has been received at our warehouse. The final resolution is subject to the availability of the replacement items.

The replacement warranty will be covered by a period equal to the remaining warranty period of the original item.

EcoFlow BLADE 3+1
Replace, not repair:
EcoFlow BLADE Product and Part Replacement

  1. During the warranty period, replacement service is available for EcoFlow BLADE purchased from official authorized channels. The replaced product or part becomes EcoFlow's property and the replacement product or part becomes your property. Only unaltered Ecoflow products and parts are eligible for replacement.
  2. If one of the three (EcoFlow Robotic lawn mower, lawn sweepper, or base station BP) fails, it only needs to be returned to EcoFlow for replacement, without the need to return any of the other two products or their individual accessories (such as the extension cord, antenna assembly, ground nail, hexagon screwdriver, etc.). EcoFlow will provide users with a functional replacement with accessories.
  3. If accessories such as extension cables and antenna:screwdrivers are damaged due to non-human factors (excluding main products: Ecoflow Robotic lawn mower, lawn sweeper, and base station BP).EcoFlow can provide users with new accessories replacement dluring the warranty period
  4. Replacement products or parts provided by EcoFlow may not be new, but it will be in good working order and at least functionally equivalent to the original product or part's warranty. A replacement product or part shall be covered for the time remaining in the original product's warranty. E012105. Replacement service will not terminate the warranty period, or will it result in a restart of the warranty period.
  5. EcoFlow BLADE (purchased from officially authorized channels in North America and EU) comes with a 24/7 online chat service.

What This After-Sales Policy Does NOT Cover.
This policy does not cover the following:

  1. Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, or shell opening is not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.
  2. Water damage or other damage caused by improper installation, incorrect use, or operation not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.
  3. Damage caused by a non-authorized service provider.
  4. Damage caused by unauthorized modification of circuits and mismatch or misuse of the battery and charger.
  5. Damage caused by operation in bad weather (i.e. strong winds, rain, sand/dust storms, etc.)
  6. Damage caused by operating the product in an environment with electromagnetic interference (i.e.in mining areas or close to radio transmission towers, high-voltage wires, substations, etc.).
  7. Products or parts with an altered identification label or from which the identification label has been removed.
  8. Damage is found to have been caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts.

Lifetime free accessories: EcoFlow BLADE users in North America and Europe who purchase Ecoflow BLADE through official authorized channels can enjoy free replacement service for lifetime if they lose or damage wiring harnesses, nails, screws and blades. Specific replacement rules are as follows:

  1. base station extension cable: 1 PC/year
  2. antenna extension cable: 1 PC/year
  3. charging station nails: 1 set (10 PCS)/year
  4. cable peg: 1 set (40 PCS)/year
  5. screw: 1 set (9 PCS)/year
  6. spare blade: 2 sets (3 PCS/set)/year

Please Note: Lifetime is equal to warranty period.

Rich Solar

Limited Warranty
This LIMITED WARRANTY from RICH SOLAR warrants to the original consumer purchaser that this RICH SOLAR product will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period identified in Paragraph 2, below, subject to the exclusions set forth in Paragraph 5, below. The foregoing provisions state RICH SOLAR's entire liability, and your exclusive remedy, for any breach of warranty, express or implied. RICH SOLAR will not assume, nor authorize any person to assume for it, any other liability in connection with the sales of RICH SOLAR products.

WARRANTY PERIOD.
The warranty period for RICH SOLAR's products:

  1. Rigid Solar Panels: 25-year power output warranty
  2. Portable Briefcase Solar Panels: 5 year power output warranty
  3. Portable Power Stations: 2 years
  4. Solar Charge Controllers: 2 Years (MPPT) | 6 Months (PWM)
  5. Inverters: 2 years
  6. Flexible Solar Panel: 1 year workmanship and materials
  7. CIGS Flexible Solar Panel: 1 year workmanship and materials
  8. LiFePO4 Lithium Battery: 3 year manufacturer defect

The warranty period for all other RICH SOLAR products and components is one (1) year from the date of original purchase by the original consumer. A sales receipt from the original consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start of the warranty period. If you completed the online RICH SOLAR Product Registration Form within thirty (30) days after purchasing your product, that registration can also establish the start date of the warranty period (but warranty coverage is not conditioned upon such registration).

REMEDY. RICH SOLAR will, at its option, (1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product. A replacement product/part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes RICH SOLAR’s property.

LIMITED TO ORIGINAL CONSUMER BUYER. This warranty is not transferable to any subsequent owner of a RICH SOLAR product.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS. This Limited Warranty applies only to hardware products manufactured by or for RICH SOLAR that can be identified by the "RICH SOLAR" trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-RICH SOLAR products, even if packaged or sold with RICH SOLAR products. Non-RICH SOLAR manufacturers, or suppliers may provide their own warranties. This warranty does not apply to: (i) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or non-RICH SOLAR products; (ii) to damage caused by service performed by anyone other than RICH SOLAR; (iii) to a product or a part that has been modified without the written permission of RICH SOLAR; (iv) to a product where any RICH SOLAR serial number has been removed or defaced, or (v) to any product purchased through an online auction house. This limited warranty does not apply to any battery cell or product containing a battery cell unless the battery cell has been fully charged by you within seven (7) days after your purchase of the product and at least once every 6 months thereafter.

THIS WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RICH SOLAR SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF RICH SOLAR CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. No RICH SOLAR reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty. IN NO EVENT WILL RICH SOLAR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY USE OR MALFUNCTION OF ANY RICH SOLAR PRODUCT, OR FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, INCLUDING DAMAGE TO OTHER DEVICES. IN NO EVENT WILL RICH SOLAR'S LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY), OR UNDER ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY, EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE RICH SOLAR PRODUCT. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE. To obtain warranty service, you must contact our customer service team via telephone at 1-800-831-9889, or via email at sales@richsolar.com. If our customer service team determines that this is a warranty matter, they will give you a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number. You must properly package the product, clearly marking the RMA number on the package and including proof of your purchase date with the product. You must then send the product by mail or courier, with shipping costs paid by you, to RICH SOLAR at 5550 Jurupa St Ontario, CA 91761. We will process your return and send your repaired or replacement product to you at our expense for product being shipped to locations in North America. For product purchased or being shipped outside of North America, please contact the local distributor from whom you purchased the product, or email sales@richsolar.com to obtain further distributor information.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from SOK Battery (the “Physical Goods”).

What Does This Limited Warranty Cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, SOK Battery will repair or replace, at no charge(but NOT including the round shipping fee during warranty time), products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

This Limited Warranty is transferable.

What will Sok Battery Do to Correct the Issues?

SOK Battery will replace or repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts

How Long Does Coverage Last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from SOK Battery is 1 or 3 or 7 or 10 Years based on different models, from the date of purchase.

  • Models: SK12V100, SK12V206, SK12V280H - Provide a 7 Year Warranty.
  • Model: SK24V100 Provide 7 Years Warranty.
  • Models: SK12V100H, SK12V206H, SK12V206P - Provide a 7 Year Warranty.
  • SK48V100 Provides a 10 Year Warranty


A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 1 Years from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What Is Not Supported Under the Limited Warranty?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by

  • Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
  • Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance or modification
  • Damaged or destroyed by natural causes including but not limited to lightning, flood, or other natural disaster
  • Theft or loss of the Physical Goods This Limited Warranty does not cover any shipping charges, handling charges, gift wrap fees or taxes. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges.
  • Damage due to improper installation; loose terminal connections, under-sized cabling, incorrect connections (series and parallel) for desired voltage and AH requirements, or reverse polarity connections.
  • Environmental damage; inappropriate storage conditions as defined by the Manufacturer; exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures, fire or freezing, or water damage.
  • Damage caused by collision.
  • Damage due to improper maintenance; under- or over-charging the Product, dirty terminal connections.
  • Product that has been opened, modified or tampered with.
  • Product that was used for applications other than which it was designed and intended for, including repeated engine starting
  • Product that was used on an oversized inverter/charger (any inverter/charger that is rated to 3500 Watts or greater) without the use of a Manufacturer-approved current surge limiting device.
  • Product that was under-sized for the application, including an Air Conditioner or similar device having a locked rotor startup up current that is not used in conjunction with a Manufacturer-approved surge-limiting device.
  • Product not stored in adherence to the Manufacturer’s storage guidelines, including storage of the Product at low state-of-charge.

You shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Physical Good while in transit to SOK Battery.

How Do I Submit a Warranty Claim?

To obtain warranty service, you must obtain a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return a product by contacting us.

Deliver the Physical Goods, in either its original packaging, including any accessories or documents that shipped with the Physical Goods to the address specified by SOK Battery.
