Price Match Policy

At Eco Emperor, we are committed to providing you the lowest possible price so you can shop with peace of mind knowing you are getting the best deals possible.

If you find the same item at a lower final price (including shipping and feeds) elsewhere, we will match the competitor's price.

There are several ways to submit a Price Match Request:

1. Use our request a quote form to let us know you would like to inquire about a Price Match.
   
   You can either call or text us at +1 (888) 326 - 3330, or live chat with us and let us know you would like to submit a Price Match Request.
   
   Or you can send an email titled "Price Match Request" to support@ecoemperor.com.
2. Be prepared to provide us the link to the lower priced item on a competitor's website so we can verify the request.

Terms and Conditions:

• The total cost for the price match will be calculated by adding the competitor's product price PLUS the cost of shipping and handling.
• Sales tax is excluded from the price match.
• The product must be the exact same model, brand new, and not refurbished or restocked. Used or counterfeit products are not eligible for price matching.
• The product must be in stock and available for online purchase on the competitor's website.
• Price match requests cannot be applied to websites acting as marketplaces, membership clubs, liquidators, or auction websites (e.g., Amazon.com, eBay.com, etc.).
• The price match offer does not apply to financing offers, bundle offers, items included in bundle offers, free items, pricing errors, discontinued items, clearance items, items on sale, buy one get one deals, or any other promotions.
• We cannot price match custom or made-to-order items.
• The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product following manufacturer sales guidelines (i.e., MAP pricing).
• The competitor's website must be operated by a valid U.S. Corporation.
• The price match applies to the advertised price and coupons displayed on the competitor's product page only. Any other coupons, rebates, quotes, or in-cart discounts may not eligible at the discretion of Eco Emperor.
• Price Match discounts cannot be combined with any other coupons, offers, discounts, or promotions.
• Eco Emperor reserves the right to deny claims at our discretion.
