The Garden Igloo V2 dome is designed with an enhanced entrance and is built to withstand the elements. Made from durable, rust-resistant materials, this structure is 100% recyclable and perfect for year-round use. It can be assembled in just two hours without the need for any tools.
The Garden Igloo V2 kit includes everything you need for assembly: structural components, a clear, non-toxic PVC cover, and an anchoring kit. The cover is UV-resistant, has a cold-crack resistance down to -4°F, and meets fire safety standards (NFPA 701 - ASTM E84).
The clear winter cover provides protection from the weather, creating a snug and inviting space to relax and take in the beauty of your outdoor surroundings. It also features two zippered windows that let you adjust the airflow for added comfort.
For added functionality, the Garden Igloo offers two optional covers (sold separately) to provide shade during hot weather or insulation during colder months. It can be used as a greenhouse, garden shelter, play area, storage space, conservatory, pavilion, or even as a jacuzzi cover.

What Material is the Garden Igloo made of?
The Gardenigloo structure is made of non-corrosive, 100 % recyclable PVC and PA6 materials. The transparent cover of Gardenigloo is made of non-toxic , soft, transparent, robust 300mic, UV resisted, -4F cold crack resisted, NPFA 701 - ASTM E84 Fire Retardant PVC.
The Gardenigloo Zipper and deployment in cold temperatures
The Gardenigloo zipper is the main tool used to seal the Gardenigloo’s entrance.
Although the Gardenigloo is designed to withstand cold temperatures, the zipper must be maintained properly as advised to avoid any unexpected complications.
We advise all Gardenigloo owners to use their Gardenigloo’s responsibly and conduct maintenance on their zippers in the winter cold.
Due to condensation, rainfall, or snow melting - water may enter in between the teeth of the zipper and zipper line.
In cold temperatures, these water particles may freeze overnight or eventually in the day - thus jamming the zipper.
In order to avoid jamming/stuck zipper issues, we advise you to use a water resistant lubricant (e.g. WD-40, Star Brite 089102 Snap and Zipper Lubricant, ...) to apply onto the Zipper line and zipper.
Please be sure to apply the following steps before applying the lubricant:
Step 1: Defrost the zipper line using warm water on the zipper teeth. Quickly dry the zipper using microfiber towelettes until completely dry.
Step 2: Apply the Star Brite Lubricant onto the zipper and zipper teeth.
Step 3: Apply the lubricant every couple of days, especially in very cold temperatures.
Warning: Failure to use the lubricant may cause freezing, which may have the user force the zipper leading it to possibly break off in order to get out.
To your discretion, please be sure to follow these steps so you may use your Gardenigloo through these drops in temperature with no inconveniences.
What is the life span of the transparent cover?
Under proper conditions, the transparent cover has a life span of min. 2 years. Protecting it against excessive UV exposure and keeping it clean before storing will increase the life span of the cover.
How do I heat the Gardenigloo?
We as Gardenigloo USA LLC always urge owners to use outdoor type, electrical space heaters and extension cords. The Gardenigloo interior retains heat, so there should not be any need to have the heaters on 24/7.
Please refrain from using:
a) Propane or gas-based heaters
b) Open fire heating sources
c) Charcoal or coal-based heaters. Using these sources may lead to carbon monoxide poisoning if used.
How do I get rid of condensation?
The Gardenigloo has one entrance and two air vents. Simply opening these for a short amount of time will help circulate the humid air inside of the Gardenigloo. You may find visual info here: https://gardenigloousa.com/pages/videos.
Humidity in the Gardenigloo is attributed to two factors. Rain water slipping in and the surface it is placed on. It is wiser to elevate your Gardenigloo on a platform in order to prevent rain water coming in.
Surfaces like soil, grass will easily generate a lot of humidity and condensation. Choose an even surface that dries out quickly after a rain.
What is the wind resistance of the Garden Igloo?
Under proper conditions* Gardenigloo withstands strong wind conditions (Beaufort scale 6 - approx. 31 mi/h.
What is the Garden Igloo's snow load capacity?
Gardenigloo can bear up to max. 90 lbs of snow. If the snow on the dome reaches 6”, you should remove it with a broom or similar tool in order to prevent damage to Gardenigloo.
What is the UV - heat resistance of the Garden Igloo?
Gardenigloo’s structure is stable between temperatures ranging from -4°F to +140°F and withstands exposure to sunlight of up to UV index 5.
Can I use the transparent winter garden cover and the summer canopy cover together?
Yes, but the structure will not be converted to canopy form!
Are there any accessory cover options?
Yes, Gardenigloo provides several cover options for different usages, like the canopy cover.
How can I store the winter garden cover at the end of the season?
First clean the cover from both inside and outside with a microfiber cloth. Then fold it properly from inside out. Put it in its box and store it at room temperature for the next season.

How do I clean the transparent cover of my Garden Igloo?
Most surface dirt will be washed off with the rain. However, to keep it looking good, you can easily clean your transparent cover with a moist microfiber cloth. Do not machine-wash, bleach, tumble dry, iron, dry-clean.
Can I assemble the Garden Igloo myself?
Yes, we provide detailed, user-friendly, step-by-step assembly instructions and detailed videos on our web site https://gardenigloousa.com/pages/videos.
No tools are required for assembling. You can assemble it in less than 2 hours with ease.
Is it waterproof?
Yes, the transparent cover of Gardenigloo is unibody. There are no holes, attachments, stitches that can cause leaking. However, in the moist conditions of a greenhouse, moisture can condense on the inside surface and cause dripping.
Do they get hot in the summer?
Like a greenhouse, the temperature in the Gardenigloo will always be several degrees hotter than the external temperature; therefore it will get hot in summer. Keeping all the air vents open will help to reduce the heat inside. However, during sunny spring - summer days, when the outside temperature is above 50°F, the interior air temperature can rise to excessive heat levels (+140°F). These conditions may harm your Gardenigloo structure, any furniture inside, or your pets and plants.
When the outside temperature is above 50°F, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to monitor the interior temperature of Gardenigloo, keep the air vents open during day time, and when the interior temperature exceeds +104°F, completely remove the transparent winter cover and replace it with the summer canvas (Canopy Cover).
Do they stay warm in winter?
In winter close the windows and the dome will heat up several degrees, especially when it is very cold but the sun is out. It is also ideal for cutting out the wind chill factor. It will require roughly 40% less heating in winter than a standard greenhouse due to the geodesic shape. This is due to its low volume for its base area and the fact that its surface is always at right angles to the sun’s rays even in low winter sun, heating it up naturally.
Do I need a solid base or foundations?
Gardenigloo can be installed both on soft and hard surfaces. On hard surfaces like concrete, wood deck, etc., use the metal clamps with suitable screws. At softer grounds like soil, lawn, etc., use the provided base weight kit to fix your Gardenigloo to the ground.

Garden Igloo Warranty
We guarantee that the materials and workmanship in every Gardenigloo product will stand up to its intended use. We offer a 1-year limited warranty from the purchase date for faults in manufacture. We will always attempt a repair and offer spare parts before replacement, where possible.
We do not provide a warranty against failure or damage due to the alteration of the product.
We don’t offer alterations or modifications for any of our products, as they may hinder the product’s original design and therefore jeopardize its performance. This would void the warranty on the item.
This warranty does not cover failure or damages due to misuse or damages sustained after purchase, damages caused by improper care, accidents or incorrect anchoring, poor maintenance, abuse or neglect, abrasions, tears, UV degradation or using the product outside its intended use, or the natural breakdown of materials over time. A product showing signs of age (fabric that’s become thin or faded, or has developed tears; a zipper that no longer catches; fraying cuffs, etc.) is often the result of natural breakdown. We’ll take this into consideration when evaluating your warranty claim.
Products should be returned to us for evaluation, and will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. This limited warranty is only effective for the original purchaser. It is non- transferable.

Please Note: Customers are responsible for shipping items to Gardenigloo. We will NOT cover the return shipping. Please ensure that you ship the product with a reputable carrier that can provide tracking information and proof of delivery. Customers are responsible for their product until we sign for delivery. All shipping must be prepaid and insured. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.

- If the Gardenigloo product does not function in its intended use; We as Gardenigloo USA cover damages or complications caused by material defects or workmanship errors. However, we do NOT cover third-party/user errors or mistakes. Such as; from harsh handling, inattentive utilization and poor maintenance. (i.e.: The zipper being forced by the user. The Gardenigloo being subject to wildlife. Using harmful chemicals on the Gardenigloo cover.)
- We urge you to plan beforehand for any unexpected complication. For this, we recommend that you also purchase an "Emergency Spare parts kit". Furthermore, Specialized spare-parts requests are available here on our website. However, specialized spare parts requests take time to process and are subject to the wait time of our fulfillment. We urge you to have an Emergency Spare parts kit beforehand - to utilize repair of any possible missing, damaged or unusable parts, without being subject to delivery wait time.
- We urge you to check with your local Fire Department and Local Building Code to see if the Gardenigloo may be possibly ineligible for use in your area. (Such as commercial use, specific regulations regarding size and so on.) The Gardenigloo’s intended use is for recreational purposes, to the owner’s discretion. Although the Gardenigloo itself may cause no harm, such authority is tied to regulations.
- We as Gardenigloo USA LLC have been distributing the product “Gardenigloo 360” since 2016. We have been distributing to the USA and Canada for years. We must mention that very rarely such issues came up regarding “Fire Retardancy” and “Building code”. These issues then were solved by providing various documentation. Please understand that if the Gardenigloo does not match up with regulations of your area, it will be difficult to help your circumstances.
- We as Gardenigloo USA LLC are willing to cooperate with any Fire Department / Local Council with concerns about the GardenIgloo product. We will provide inspectors / owners / customers with test results and specifications where possible.
- However, the regulations in your area may have some specific differences compared to nationwide standards. We as Gardenigloo USA LLC claim that although there is no inherent fire risk, and that the utilization of the Gardenigloo is up to the owner’s discretion. To be on the safe side, we urge you to conduct your own research in your local vicinity so that you may fully utilize the Gardenigloo.
- When checking for info, please note that we have an available spec sheet on our website. Issues regarding regulation can tend to be tricky, so be sure to compare what is dictated to what information has been provided to you. (Such as size, a unique certification, snow load, resistance, height, etc.)

Depending on the size and type of the item, shipping is typically through either standard or freight carriers and the actual shipping time is contingent on your location and the specific warehouse dispatching your order. Please allow for a 1-3 business day processing period before shipment, and an estimated delivery time of up to 7 business days. Once the item has been shipped, if the item is being delivered with a freight service, the carrier will contact you to coordinate the date and time of delivery. Depending on the item, parts may be shipped in multiple boxes, and assembly may be required. When your order is delivered, please check that you have all pieces of the item and that nothing is damaged. If your order is damaged during transit and external damage is visible, note the damage immediately, write it on the delivery documents, take photos and/or videos of both the damaged package and delivery documents, and refuse shipment. If there is no visible external damage, accept the package but note “subject to concealed damage” on the delivery documents. Any damage upon delivery needs to be reported within 24 hours of delivery or you may not be eligible for a refund.
