Rich Solar Limited Warranty

Warranty Period
2-year limited warranty (prorated)

This Limited Warranty from Rich Solar warrants to the original consumer purchaser that this Rich Solar product will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period, including any applicable prorated warranty coverage. A sales receipt or other reasonable proof of purchase is required to establish the start of the warranty period. Registering your product on Rich Solar's Product Registration Form within thirty (30) days of purchase can also establish the start date, though coverage is not conditioned on registration.

2-Year Prorated Warranty Rates

• Year 1: Full replacement (100% coverage)
• Year 2: 50% coverage

Remedy
Rich Solar will, at its option, repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished parts, or exchange it for a product that is new or manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent. A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

Exclusions
This warranty is limited to the original consumer buyer and is not transferable. It does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or non-Rich Solar products; damage caused by service performed by anyone other than Rich Solar; products or parts modified without Rich Solar's written permission; products with a removed or defaced Rich Solar serial number; or products purchased through an online auction house.

Contact Rich Solar customer service at 1-800-831-9889 or sales@richsolar.com. If the issue is covered, you will receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Rich Solar ships repaired or replacement products to North American locations at its expense.

Shipping is typically through freight carriers and the actual shipping time is contingent on your location and the specific warehouse dispatching your order. Please allow for a 1-3 business day processing period before shipment, and an estimated delivery time of up to 7 business days. Your confirmation email will include delivery details and we will send you a tracking number as soon as one is available. If you ordered several separate items, you may receive multiple tracking numbers. Once the item has been shipped, the freight service will contact you to coordinate the date and time of delivery. If you require any special accommodations during delivery please let us know as soon as possible and let the delivery company know when arranging the appointment.

Typically, orders will be dropped off either curbside or outside your front door or garage. It is your responsibility to bring the order inside or to its final destination and to remove any existing items.

Depending on the item, parts may be shipped in multiple boxes, and assembly may be required. When your order is delivered, please check that you have all pieces of the item and that nothing is damaged. If your order is damaged during transit and external damage is visible, note the damage immediately, write it on the delivery documents, take photos and/or videos, and refuse shipment. If there is no visible external damage, accept the package but note “subject to concealed damage” on the delivery documents. Any damage upon delivery needs to be reported within 24 hours of delivery or you may not be eligible for a refund.
