The PowerHouse Lithium 36V Run & Gun DC to DC Charger charges your batteries on and off the water, maximizing your time fishing without having to recharge after every outing.
Each unit is programmed for the type of cranking battery you run and is voltage-triggered to keep the cranking battery at 80% or better. Units run best with charging systems above 40 amps, and they automatically wake up a lithium battery. Add a BCH1235 waterproof charger, programmed to fully charge all batteries from one plug even when the 12V battery is full; this is not needed if you are adding only a 12V or 16V DC charger.

Choosing the Right Version
- The standard model (no -L) is programmed for lead acid, gel or AGM cranking batteries only and cannot be used with a lithium cranking battery.
- The -L model is programmed for lithium cranking batteries.
Installation Overview (from the Run & Gun support page)
- Pull the fuse out of the white wire and open the circuit breaker before installing. Wiring in reverse polarity will damage the unit.
- Wire the red input wire to the cranking battery positive through a circuit breaker, so you can turn the charger off. Use one circuit breaker per Run & Gun charger.
- Wire the black input wire to the cranking battery negative post.
- Wire the white output wire to the positive post of the battery you want to charge, and the black output wire to that battery's ground.
- A 20-amp fuse holder must be used on the white output wire. If you need to extend wiring, extend the white output side using 10 AWG; keep the red and black input wires as short as possible so the unit runs cooler and more efficiently.
- For a 24V or 36V series setup, connect positive and negative on the same posts as the trolling motor.
- A slight arc is normal when connecting wires or installing the fuse.
Charging Off the Water
- A 12V or 16V Run & Gun used by itself needs a minimum of 10 amps and no more than 20 amps charging the cranking battery.
- 24V and 36V Run & Gun systems need 30 amps of charge current at the cranking battery; use spare charger leads to supply it.
- If you charge the lithium batteries directly with a 2-Bank or 3-Bank AC charger, turn off the Run & Gun units before plugging in, and turn the breakers back on only when on the water.

Warranty Period
1-year manufacturer's defect warranty on chargers, wiring kits and components
Registration
Register your battery with PowerHouse Lithium within 90 days of purchase. If it is not registered within 90 days, the warranty period begins at the battery's manufacture date. Proof of ownership is required, and warranties are not transferable; this limited warranty applies to the original purchaser and to United States residents only.
Inspection and Service
A battery may need to be shipped to PowerHouse Lithium for inspection. If the inspection finds a manufacturing defect, the standard warranty process is followed at no charge. If the issue is caused by user error or misuse (for example, a dead battery from improper charging or not recharging a fully drained battery, over-tightened straps or terminal bolts, or loose connections that melt the terminals), a repair and shipping fee of up to $150 may apply. Have the battery's serial number ready when submitting a claim; it is on the side of the battery and in the PHL app.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover water damage, impact or collision; physical damage to the battery case or mishandling; products that have been opened, modified or tampered with; tampering with or removal of manufacture date codes; or use in applications other than those the battery was designed for, or above its rated continuous current. It also does not cover a battery that has reached its normal end of life (2,000 cycles), which may occur before the end of the warranty period depending on use.

Submit a warranty claim through PowerHouse Lithium's warranty application. The product may need to be shipped back for inspection.

Shipping is typically through freight carriers and the actual shipping time is contingent on your location and the specific warehouse dispatching your order. Please allow for a 1-3 business day processing period before shipment, and an estimated delivery time of up to 7 business days. Your confirmation email will include delivery details and we will send you a tracking number as soon as one is available. If you ordered several separate items, you may receive multiple tracking numbers. Once the item has been shipped, the freight service will contact you to coordinate the date and time of delivery. If you require any special accommodations during delivery please let us know as soon as possible and let the delivery company know when arranging the appointment.
Typically, orders will be dropped off either curbside or outside your front door or garage. It is your responsibility to bring the order inside or to its final destination and to remove any existing items.
Depending on the item, parts may be shipped in multiple boxes, and assembly may be required. When your order is delivered, please check that you have all pieces of the item and that nothing is damaged. If your order is damaged during transit and external damage is visible, note the damage immediately, write it on the delivery documents, take photos and/or videos, and refuse shipment. If there is no visible external damage, accept the package but note “subject to concealed damage” on the delivery documents. Any damage upon delivery needs to be reported within 24 hours of delivery or you may not be eligible for a refund.
