Warranty and Returns

Warranty and Return Policy
Depending on the product, the warranty SunGold Power products come with a warranty period of 12 - 36 months. The warranty period is measured starting on the day of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period.

Our products come with a 30 days return policy. Within the return period, SunGold Power will pay the shipping costs of the returned item(s) for the following reasons: carrier damage, defective product, product inconsistent with advertisements, incorrect product received, or for any extra product you did not order. For all other reasons, customers are responsible for shipping fees.

Limited to Original Buyer
The warranty on SunGold Power's product is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.

Exclusions
SunGold Power's warranty does not apply to:

• Misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in SunGold Power's current product literature.
• Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility.
• If any modified products received will be returned to you at your expense.

Replacements
Sungoldpower will replace any SunGold Power product that fails to operate (within 30 days). A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. If the products appear faulty because of inappropriate operation, we can only help fix the issue and don’t accept returns or replacements. The customer needs to pay all the fees for accessories and shipping.

If you want to replace one of the damaged parts, please contact us to arrange to send the replacement part. (Assuming part is under warranty)

Returns
SunGold Power offers a 30-day money back guarantee. We are confident that you will love your new SunGold Power product. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products within 30 days as long as they are new, undamaged, and unmodified. We cannot guarantee that your item will be accepted for a refund or exchange if it does not meet these requirements. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, simply let us know within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we receive the product and confirm the validity, we will refund the full purchase price. Return requests outside of 30 days require special authorization.

• Order number
• Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
• The item with the original packaging.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Order Cancellation
Customers can request a full refund within 48 hours of placing an order by emailing our Customer Care Team at support@ecoemperor.com. However, if the product has already been shipped, the customer will pay the shipping fee to call back the package.

Used Products
The warranty period is one year. If an issue occurs naturally within 30 days, SunGold Power will cover all the shipping fees and repair fees for back and forth. If any problems occur naturally within 1 year, SunGold Power will cover the repair fee and the customer needs to cover the shipping fee for back and forth. SunGold Power shall not be responsible for the after-sale of products purchased through sales channels other than those designated by SunGold Power. Customers can purchase accessories from SunGold Power but SunGold Power is not responsible for the after-sale of accessories.

Shipping is typically through freight carriers and the actual shipping time is contingent on your location and the specific warehouse dispatching your order. Please allow for a 1-3 business day processing period before shipment, and an estimated delivery time of up to 7 business days. Your confirmation email will include delivery details and we will send you a tracking number as soon as one is available. If you ordered several separate items, you may receive multiple tracking numbers. Once the item has been shipped, the freight service will contact you to coordinate the date and time of delivery. If you require any special accommodations during delivery please let us know as soon as possible and let the delivery company know when arranging the appointment.

Typically, orders will be dropped off either curbside or outside your front door or garage. It is your responsibility to bring the order inside or to its final destination and to remove any existing items.

Depending on the item, parts may be shipped in multiple boxes, and assembly may be required. When your order is delivered, please check that you have all pieces of the item and that nothing is damaged. If your order is damaged during transit and external damage is visible, note the damage immediately, write it on the delivery documents, take photos and/or videos, and refuse shipment. If there is no visible external damage, accept the package but note “subject to concealed damage” on the delivery documents. Any damage upon delivery needs to be reported within 24 hours of delivery or you may not be eligible for a refund.
